Shutting Down, but starting again
Hey guys!

I know how much everyone reads this blog back on the mainland. It's a good way for me to keep in conact with everyone. Unfortunately, due to evil (and insane) elements reading this blog on a weekly basis I am forced to shut down. I have so much to tell everyone and so many awesome pictures just waiting to go up! This is why I am starting a new blog. If you like to read this and want to stay updated please send an email to my first name "Bill" and last Name "Pullin" @gmail.com use both names together @gmail.com. I can't display the email address on this page because then I will get lots of spam. Obviously it is "BillPullin". When you send the email just send me a short explanation of who you are. I still love it in Hawaii and I'll try to keep everyone updated much more often in the new Blog!

Interesting

I'm honestly not sure what to write. There's just not a whole lot going on right now.
I know I write this to keep in touch with people from the mainland but it's difficult to write when all I do is go to work and come home! Hopefully something fun happens this weekend because I'm actually a little bored! I'll write more then... until next time! Ja Matta!

I'm baaaack!!!!
After a long delayed absense, thanks to my internet connection being crappy, I am back!
I'm working on a new girl named Judy, she's Japanese, go figure! Very nice girl who screamed when she saw me and I didn't understand why. When I asked her she proclaimed that she had gained weight (I didn't even notice her standing on the scale). It was then that I replied "Ie, Anata wa Suteki desu ne!" (No, you're pretty) GOOO GOOO Japanese Tutor! Apparently, to a Japanese girl, weighing in at over like 100lbs is huge! Anyway I also visited the new Best Buy clear across the freakin Island... It's far... very very far. I got lost. On my way out I asked a cop where the bus was. Actual conversation:

Me: Hi, can you tell me where the closest bus stop is?
Officer whoever: Yeah it's a couple blocks that way... but you might want to be careful.
Me: why?
Officer: It's kinda dangerous
Me: Oh... I'm from Philly.
Officer: Really? You'll be fine then!
Me: Just like home...

Oh and that section was nowhere near bad at all... just a couple homeless guys sittin around talking.

I have a picture somewhere of my roommate Jun Ya and friend Erikka (Hottie).
I'll put that up next time.

Sorry about not updating everyone in a while. Be assured that it's only because I am extremely busy, I'm not ignoring you guys. My daily routiines lately have consisted of going to work and then either visiting my Japanese tutor or going to the gym or working on one of my "projects" (see other posts). Mostly the gym. I find it actually relaxes me quite a bit after a long day at work. I think I should get into the ocean again soon because I've been avoiding it on the weekends. I'm still having a good time but I am working on doing so many things at the moment that it's hard to keep up with myself. I'll try to keep this updated more often. Maybe I'll update again later tonight!

Wednesday.. the day of Wed...nes or something to that effect.
Welp... Mio cancelled and so did her friend. I went out and treated myself to a nice big shave ice for getting that bit o' craptastic news. Kinda leaves me out in the cold this weekend too! Anyways... on to much cooler things!  I'm definitely sore from too much work at the gym yesterday but it's ok. I'm working on quite a few projects right now which I don't want to talk about yet but will unveil in probably 2 months. These things take time, my friends! Got my haircut... got a nice hamburger... I live in Hawaii... life is awesome!

Japanese Language Tutor
Today I met John. He's going to be my Japanese language tutor. I hired him for $15an hr for 2 hours a week. John's a 77 year old Japanese man who has been living in Hawaii most of his life. He used to teach Japanese classes at his electric company for when they had to deal with Japanese customers. John is a nice guy, very down to earth. I think this is going to work very well.

Torture
I am going through the torture of becoming active. Actually doing stuff hurts your body a lot. I'm actually pretty tired tonight. Tomorrow I have set up Japanese tutor lessons with a 77 year old guy who offered to teach me. I'll let you know how that goes. There's not a whole lot going on this week. I have a date with Mio or a friend of hers... I have no idea... this is why I need to learn Japanese! We'll see how that goes. Aly kicked my butt today again. Kim and I went to see "The Island" on sunday. That movie is one huge chase scene! It was not good but also not bad. also I live on an island paradise so I didn't see what was motivating these people in the movie. I was like "What?! I'm already there!" I'm getting tired... Later!

First day of wait training with Aly...... ow.... my god... the pain is unimaginable.
Well I have to congratulate him on being the first person to actually make me not physically able to do something that I wantd to do. After lifting the weights for 40 mins he asked me to do as many pushups as I could within a minitue. I got to seventeen and then collapsed.... I mean outright my arms gave out and I collapsed. Then I rested for 2 mins and had to do 10 more... at 8 I collapsed again. Normally I can do my fair share of push-ups usually about 50 at a time, but after 40 mins of just lifting weights my arms decided the push-ups were not gonna happen.
Aly's kinda cool though but he's a quiet guy. Hard to hear in a gym full of ppl. My roommate Kim referred me to him. Kim used to be a pro-bodybuilder about 10 years ago. Also today a good man died. James Doohan, also known as Star Trek's Scotty passed away today at the age of 85. He was not wering a red shirt at the time. In his honor, I'm going to post a picture from one of my favorite scenes that he was in from Star Trek IV.

Anyways.... it's hard to type... Later!

24 Hour fitness
Well I joined the 24 hour fitness in Hawaii Kai today and got myself a personal trainer. Yeah I had to pay a lot. I also learned today that my credit card was stolen again (this happened before about 6 months ago). The credit card wasn't bad... they charged $50. So it got cancelled and I'm getting a new one. The fitness center was a lot! Hopefully this will help me because I noticed I've gotten a bit lazy since I got here

Wow, I guess I gotta update more. This weekend I saw "The Magic of Polynesia" with Ekko and my new boss (Lars). It was kind cool but we were late by like 30 mins... don't ask. There's was all types of magic and things disappearing and stuff like that. I think I'm just going to chill out today... not do too much. Iva sent me a pic of me she took at work so I'll post it here for everyone

So I'm on my way to he Koko Marina the other day on my moped. I thought that it would be a good day to do some food shopping. This is the first time I'd be riding my moped anywhere prety far. The area I had to drive has an inlet to the left and an ocean to the right. as I was rounding a corner I saw the biggest waterfall I ever saw shooting up the side of the street! I thought "Crap! I don't remember a waterfall! I must be going the worng way again." BUT upon closer inspection I realized that a car had JUST nailed a fire hydrant and water was shooting up all over the place! It was really kinda cool! Happy 4th of July Everyone!

Computers
So the tech guy at work was giving away free messed up computers the other day. I opted to pick one up and I brought it home. I ripped out the Hard Drive, Memory, cdRom, fans and the processor. Booooyaaaa! I threw the hard drive in my comp and the memory. I am very proud of myself for getting the memory slot to work as I had probs with it when I tried to upgrade in Philly b4! So now I have a comp that's running GREAT! I think I'm just gonna bum out today, I got a bit of a burn from being in the sun too long yesterday.

Hawaii radio
Ok... I love a lot of things about Hawaii. I just have to say this though. Hawaii radio sucks! It's bad... I mean really really bad. There's like 5 stations, 3 of which play the same 4 rap songs over and over again in a loop. 1 Is Hawaiian and Raggae music (which is ok for a while) and the last is some kind of "old people" rock. I can't sit at work and listen to the radio all day, it honestly makes me physically ill hearing the same freaking 4 songs over and over and over again. They're not even good rap songs! I had to go out and get a headphone extention so I can listen to internet radio at work. I thought I was gonna go nuts! I still miss Y100..... sigh....

Internet's Down... again
Internet was Down again for a couple of days so I haven't gotten mail from anyone who sent it yet. I will be checking it tomorrow. Tonight I am tired... very very tired. It took me most of the night to fix my comp, it's having issues with the heat I think. Not much going on, Mio and her friend came over the other day and we had a good time. They both left about 3Am and I was totally shocked that it was 3am already! I had to be up for work at 6. Anyways, Daichi is leaving the house soon to go back to Japan. He's a nice guy but he never cleans anything! I hope the next kid who comes in at least cleans a little bit. I'm really too tired to be writing anymore lol night folks!

I bought a Moped!
I bought a Moped today! Holy Crap are they scary to drive on the road! I'll post pics tomorrow, it's too dark right now! I know nothing about it other than it is blue! And it goes like 50mph !!! I also got lost on my first time home from work with it :/ Thats right! 1 turn and I went right by it! Almost ended up in Waikiki. I have also learned that it's hot in a helmet and cold at night outside when you flyin at 30mph. Oh yeah and HAwaii has WIND... MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF WIND!!!!! I almost blew over twice! I think I got the hang of the thing now though. It looks really cool and only cost $950.

Ken was apparently bored today do he decided to show up at the house and we went to 7-eleven. Yes they have them here. Anyways, after this we decided it'd be cool to go eat somewhere. We drove up to Hanauma(sp?) Bay.
This is probably one of the coolest places I have ever seen. It's basically a pitch-black cliff that overlooks the ocean with like stars and stuff lit up all over the place. Ken mentioned it's one of his favorite places to chill (Ken Chills a lot). All I could think of was "Ok, now how the hell am I gonna get a girl up here?" Yes ladies and gents it is one of THOSE perfect spots. Anyways after Dinner #2 of the night, we left. Ken mentioned he doesn't like his new place as much so I'm gonna try to hang out with him more. Mio's supposed to come over Tues or Wed I'm not sure yet. This is all up to Kento's translation... it's hard ya know? Also, today I went to a moped place to buy one and they were out of mopeds.... wtf? Good day overall though!

This weekend... and next weekend.
This weekend I took it easy because I am still not feeling well... sigh... when I get sick it stays with me a while!
At the end of the night Kento came into my room and proclaimed that he has found the perfect Japanese girl for me. Her name is Mio and apparently we're going on a date sometime this week. I only found this out through Kento's translation of things. When Kento put me on the phone all I got from her was "eh?" "na?" "eh?". Kento informed me that this was because I was speaking too fast and she had no idea what I was saying. Yup... we'll see how the date goes lol. I don't know if I've ever written about Kento but he's a good guy, a friend of Ken's, and he also used to live here. He may be moving back in July when Daichi moves out. This is definitely a good thing as it's hard to find people to hang with out here. I have also been asked by some girls from work to go see "The Magic of Polynesia" friday... NOW... I am not one for these types of shows. Mostly I think that they are stupid, but, I hear there's cool magic and stuff in this one so I don't mind. I am going with Ina and Iva. Ina is from Germany and she is the content writer at my work. Iva is from Bulgaria and she is the webmistress. Both are nice girls. And, yes, I do get the names mixed up but I'm working on it!!! So I got a lot of stuff lined up this week! This means I have to get better! I need all my strength! Yup I'm still having fun! I also may buy a surfboard soon, but that's still up in the air.
